Mendorex review

Mendorex: eight ingredients in one capsule a day, for men over 30

After 30, testosterone levels drop by about 1% a year on average, and energy, desire and confidence often follow. Mendorex is a men’s vitality supplement that fits in one capsule a day. Here is what the label says, ingredient by ingredient, what the studies found, who it suits, how to take it and what each package costs, based on the official site as checked on 21 October 2026.

Our verdict on Mendorex

If you are looking for a men’s vitality supplement with the simplest routine possible, Mendorex is an excellent choice. One capsule a day, eight active ingredients covering three fronts, circulation, desire and energy, and every dose printed on the label.

Two of those ingredients, zinc and vitamin B3, carry official health claims, and the zinc stays well under the safe daily limit. No caffeine, no guarana, no hormones. Add a 30-day money-back guarantee and a starter pack of one bottle to try it for a month.

  • Zinc and vitamin B3, the two micronutrients of the formula, with health claims authorised in the EU and the UK.
  • No stimulants: no caffeine, no guarana.
  • Three packages: one, two or three bottles, from £49.95 down to £36.65 a bottle, free delivery from two bottles.

After 30, what changes

From the early thirties, testosterone levels fall slowly, by about 1% a year on average. Nothing dramatic from one year to the next, but over ten or fifteen years it adds up, and many men notice it the same way: less energy at the end of the day, less drive, a little less confidence.

Mendorex is a dietary supplement for adult men, built for exactly that stage. It is taken as one capsule a day, and its formula brings together eight active ingredients, each one with its dose clearly displayed on the label. Those eight ingredients work on three fronts: circulation, desire and energy.

Thirty capsules, one a day. Hence packages of one, two and three bottles.

No prescription needed: Mendorex is a food supplement, not a medicine.

Eight ingredients on three fronts

Here is the full formula, for one capsule, the daily serving. The first thing to look at on any supplement is the dose next to each ingredient, and on Mendorex every line has one.

L-carnitine150 mgenergy: carries fats into the mitochondria

Formula as printed on the Mendorex label, for the recommended daily serving of one capsule. Reference intakes are the EU and UK nutrient reference values (NRV).

Zinc and vitamin B3: the authorised claims

We start with the two micronutrients, because they are the only ingredients for which the European Union, and the United Kingdom after it, authorise official health claims. These are not marketing lines: their wording is fixed, word for word, by the authorities, and a product may only use them when it brings enough of the nutrient. Mendorex brings far more than the minimum.

Zinc, 11 mg, 110% of the reference intake. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. And 11 mg stays well under 25 mg a day, the safe upper limit set for adults by the European Food Safety Authority, all sources combined.

Vitamin B3, or niacin, 20 mg, 125% of the reference intake. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Good to know: in some people, niacin can cause a brief feeling of warmth in the face, the well-known niacin flush. It is harmless and passes on its own.

Circulation: citrulline, pine bark and grape skin

An erection is above all a matter of blood vessels. To fill with blood, they have to dilate, and the molecule that controls that dilation is called nitric oxide. The body makes it from an amino acid, arginine.

Mendorex contains 150 mg of L-citrulline, which the body converts into arginine. Why citrulline rather than arginine itself? In 2008, Edzard Schwedhelm’s team showed in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology that oral citrulline raises blood arginine levels more than taking arginine does. And in 2011, Luigi Cormio’s team at the University of Foggia, in Italy, published a study on citrulline and erection hardness in men with mild erectile dysfunction, in the journal Urology.

Alongside the citrulline, 100 mg of maritime pine bark extract: the same species of pine that Stanislavov and Nikolova studied in Bulgaria in 2003, combined with arginine, with encouraging results on erectile function. And 15 mg of grape skin extract, rich in polyphenols, the same family of compounds found in red wine.

Desire: maca and saffron

Maca, 50 mg of extract. This root from the Peruvian Andes was studied by Gustavo Gonzales’ team at Cayetano Heredia University, in Lima, in a trial published in 2002 in Andrologia: sexual desire rose from the eighth week onwards, with no change in testosterone. Maca works on drive, not on hormones.

Saffron, 5 mg of stigma extract. A team of Iranian researchers led by Amir Modabbernia tested it in a study published in 2012 in Psychopharmacology: in men whose sex life had been disrupted by an antidepressant, saffron improved erectile function and intercourse satisfaction significantly more than the placebo.

Energy: L-carnitine, and no stimulants

L-carnitine, 150 mg. It is the molecule that carries fats into the mitochondria, the powerhouses of our cells, where they are burned for energy. And Mendorex contains no stimulants: no caffeine, no guarana. Nothing that keeps you awake at night or wears off in the afternoon.

Schwedhelm and colleagues, British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, 2008. Cormio and colleagues, Urology, 2011. Stanislavov and Nikolova, Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy, 2003. Gonzales and colleagues, Andrologia, 2002. Modabbernia and colleagues, Psychopharmacology, 2012. European Food Safety Authority, tolerable upper intake level for zinc. Health claims: Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 and the Great Britain nutrition and health claims register.

One supplement with zinc at a time

Because of the zinc, do not take Mendorex together with another supplement that also contains it, a multivitamin included. Add up the zinc on the labels: what you take in capsules should leave room for the zinc in your food, under 25 mg a day in total.

Eight ingredients, one capsule a day

Every dose on the label, no stimulants, no prescription, and 30 days to make up your mind.

How to take Mendorex

One capsule a day, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water; the brand suggests the morning. That is all: no second dose to remember in the evening, nothing to mix.

The key is consistency. In the studies above, the effects of ingredients like maca were measured after eight to twelve weeks, not after a few days. So take it every day, without skipping.

Our advice: give Mendorex at least 30 days of daily use. The real changes come over several weeks, but after three or four weeks you should already notice something, even something small. If you feel no improvement at all, do not keep going out of habit: contact customer service and use the guarantee. A supplement can work very well for one man and not at all for another, so it is better to find the one that truly suits you than to waste time.

Mendorex suits you if
  • you are an adult man, generally over 30
  • you feel a drop in energy, desire or confidence
  • you want a simple boost, one capsule a day, alongside a healthy lifestyle
  • you would rather avoid stimulants like caffeine
Better to wait if
  • you are under 18: Mendorex is for adults only
  • you already take another supplement with zinc
  • you take medication, an antidepressant for example, or have a medical condition, and have not talked to your doctor yet

One, two or three bottles: what Mendorex costs

A bottle holds thirty capsules, so one month. Hence three packages, from one to three months. Delivery is free from two bottles; the single bottle costs £4.95 to ship.

Prices from the official order page for the United Kingdom, checked on 21 October 2026, VAT included. The order page for Ireland shows the same figures in euros: €49.95 plus €4.95 delivery, €79.94 and €109.95.

Which one to choose? Start with one bottle. It is the most economical way to find out whether Mendorex suits you: thirty days, the time it takes to feel the first changes. If it does, the three-bottle package is where the maths works best: £36.65 a bottle instead of £49.95, free delivery, and three months of use, the window the studies look at, for about £1.22 a day, against £1.83 a day on the single bottle with delivery.

Thirty days to make up your mind

Mendorex comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does not work for you, the official site states that you can send the bottles back, even empty, and get your purchase price refunded. That is exactly why starting with one bottle makes sense: you try it for a month with the guarantee behind you.

How to go about it: contact customer service first, through the help centre on the official site, with your order number. They confirm the steps and give you the return address for your order. The return postage is at your expense. And if you change your mind right after ordering, an order can be cancelled within one hour, as long as it has not entered processing.

The basics first, Mendorex on top

Mendorex is neither a medicine nor a miracle product. It is a practical complex that brings together, in a single capsule, two micronutrients with official health claims and six active ingredients for circulation, desire and energy, with every dose on the label. And no supplement replaces the basics of men’s health.

The basicWhy it matters
Sleep seven to eight hoursmost of your testosterone is made while you sleep
Lift weightsmuscle work keeps your muscle mass and your insulin sensitivity up
Lose the belly fatabdominal fat turns part of your testosterone into oestrogen, through an enzyme called aromatase
Eat enough protein and healthy fatsthey are the raw materials of muscle and hormones

Leproult and Van Cauter, JAMA, 2011 (sleep and testosterone). Cohen, Medical Hypotheses, 1999 (abdominal fat and aromatase). Vingren and colleagues, Sports Medicine, 2010 (resistance training).

When those basics are in place and you want some extra support, that is where Mendorex comes in.

Only on the official site

Order Mendorex from the official website only. That is where you get the real product, at a fair price, with customer service and the 30-day guarantee, so you can make up your own mind with total peace of mind. If you find it anywhere else, on a third-party platform or through a reseller, it is not an official distribution channel: you risk a fake or an inflated price, and you will have no customer service if there is a problem.
